The reason I made this artwork was because I wanted to create a landscape with historical significance. The house is the last surviving structure of the once booming Crow Wing. I also wanted to make this artwork more experimental, trying out new things that I had never done before. My goal for this artwork was to try a slightly abstract and highly experimental artwork that was realistic and captured likelessnes. I think that if I were to do this artwork again it would look a lot better, but I was glad that I finished the artwork.
